- Check the Final Exam Schedule and your syllabus to be sure you know when finals take place for each class.
- The deadline to request finals at ODS is Tuesday, April 16th at 4:45pm.
- You will receive an email once your final exam request is approved. Check the ODS Online Portal to confirm, as the time may have changed slightly from what you requested.
- Make-up tests cannot be proctored during finals week. If you miss a final and need to make it up, you may do so May 22 – May 31, 2024, during the deferred finals period.
Students may petition to reschedule exams if 1) the student has 3 or more exams scheduled on the same day; or 2) the student has 2 exams scheduled at the same time. Students wishing to reschedule final exams due to one of the reasons listed above must submit to their instructor(s) documentation of their schedule conflict. Students should consult with their college student services office and/or Dean’s office if they have any difficulty rescheduling exams due to one of the scenarios outlined above. Students should review the academic catalog for instructions regarding rescheduling priority.
