ODS can assist registered students who wish to receive accommodations for national tests.
Begin the process early. It is advisable to start this process 4-8 weeks before registering for the test.
Please note that accommodations on these tests are not granted or provided by ODS. While ODS can assist in applying for accommodations, the decision of which, if any, accommodations to grant rests solely with the organization administering the test.
When seeking accommodations for these tests:
Step 1: Review testing organization website
Review the documentation required by the testing organization. Find the link for requesting accommodations for the appropriate test below.
Step 2: Complete application for accommodated testing
Read the information carefully and complete as much of the requested information as possible. Students must do this before contacting ODS for assistance.
Step 3: Submit to ODS for review
If students require assistance from ODS, please submit copies of the completed application for review.
Submit forms in any of the following ways:
- E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Fax: (205) 348-0804
