FACILITIES DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHES ADA HOTLINE

To facilitate the identification and reporting of
potential accessibility barriers for people with mobility
impairments on campus, the facilities department has
established the following lines of communication:

Call the Service Response Center ADA Hotline at 348-5882

or

Send an e-mail to the facilities department at Facilities@fa.ua.edu.

The ADA hotline or e-mail address can and should be used
by employees, campus visitors and students who encounter
disability-related accessibility problems on campus or know of
potential accessibility problems in campus buildings or on
University grounds. Reporting in this manner will help the
University resolve the potential facility access issue. The
facilities department will respond to calls and e-mails
appropriately and welcomes facility access suggestions and
requests
